New find for the Estuary Room

Browsing in one of our favourite haunts, Acorn Antique Interiors (just along the Camel Trail from Padstow) we came across the most beautiful Victorian wardrobe.

New Wardrobe to be installed in Estuary Room

A unique piece, it is just the right dimensions for the Estuary Room and will mirror the panels of the French doors to the balcony.

The wardrobe will be a stunning addition to the feel and design of the room, and will also offer our guests on longer stays a capacious amount of storage.

We can’t wait to see it in place and hope everyone staying in the Estuary Room this year will love it as much as we do.

Bay Room refurbishment

Bay Room and estuary viewIt seems that every winter we take on some renovation work and this year we are focusing on the Bay Room.

We don’t want to detract from the things our regular guests say they love about the room; it is beautifully light, with great estuary views, so we are maximising this with a palette of whites and grays. We’re also adding a gorgeous new French carved bed and wardrobe.
